I’m brand new to property investing, is this for me?
Absolutely. The Accelerator is designed to guide you step-by-step, even if you’re starting from zero. You don’t need prior experience to get results.
I’ve already done a few deals — will this still be valuable?
Yes — many of our students have some experience but want to go faster, go bigger, or systemise their approach. You’ll get direct access to Jack’s advanced strategies, deal analysis techniques, and power team — tools even seasoned investors aren’t using properly.
Why are you doing mentoring if it's so successful?
This is something I hear a lot — and I get it. I’m always completely transparent about this. Yes, property has made me ‘financially free’, but for me, that’s just the beginning. Property is a long-term game. The truth is, once a deal is done, there’s often a lot of downtime. It’s not as hands-on or time-intensive as many people think. So rather than sit around waiting for the next deal to complete, I wanted to pour my time into something I’m genuinely passionate about: helping others build their portfolios and create real options for themselves and their families. I know what it’s like to be stuck, unsure of where to start, or worried about making expensive mistakes. Mentoring is my way of giving back, staying sharp, and helping others use property as the powerful wealth-building tool it is. It’s not about ‘leaving property behind’ — it’s about bringing others along for the ride.
What if I can’t make the live calls?
No problem — every session is recorded and uploaded to your member area, so you can catch up anytime. You won’t miss a thing, although we do encourage you to join in live where you'll be able to ask questions off the back of the content delivered in the training.
How much time will this take each week?
Expect to commit around 3-5 hours per week: 1-2 hours for the live mentoring call and 2-3 hours for implementation or reviewing resources. The goal is to help you take action, not just watch training videos.
Is this 1-to-1 mentoring?
No, this is group mentoring — but you’ll have the opportunity to ask Jack questions and interact in the community chat. You also get access to Jack’s team and resources most investors would never have. You also get access to weekly group accountability and deal stacking calls with Jack.
Do I need lots of money to get started in property?
No — we’ll show you how to find industry leading property deals that, once you've found, you can either purchase yourself if you have the capital, but if you don't, you can sell to other investors or raise private finance.
How is this different from a property course or YouTube videos?

Is Jack going to be delivering the training?
