You are responsible for ensuring that the email address you provide at checkout is accurate and that you check your inbox (and spam/junk folders) for your access instructions.

 

 

4. No Refund Policy

 

By purchasing any product, course, or service from TPN Capital Ltd, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

 

Due to the instant and irrevocable access to our digital content and the nature of our services:

 

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, lack of time, perceived value, or failure to use or attend the service.

• This includes payment plans, where the full balance remains due and payable even if you decide to stop participating.

 

You understand that by accessing any of our content, you waive your right to any refund under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 for digital downloads and content.

 

 

5. Intellectual Property

 

All content, materials, videos, designs, branding, and resources provided are the exclusive property of TPN Capital Ltd. Purchasing a product or enrolling in a course gives you a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.

 

You must not share, resell, republish, or reproduce any materials without express written consent.

 

 

6. Behaviour & Community

 

We reserve the right to remove any participant from a programme or community space (e.g. Slack, Zoom calls, WhatsApp groups) if they engage in:

 

• Abusive, aggressive or inappropriate behaviour

• Spamming or solicitation

• Breach of confidentiality or respect for other members

 

No refunds will be issued in such cases.

 

 

7. Results Disclaimer

 

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, financial results, or property deals. The success of any investment or property-related strategy depends on personal effort, financial status, market conditions, and other external factors beyond our control.

 

Our role is to educate and support — implementation is your responsibility.

 

 

8. Changes to Programmes or Terms

 

We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time, and to make changes to the content, format, or schedule of any of our services or programmes. Significant changes will be communicated via email.
